Aches & pains
Aches and pains in the feet and legs are very common, and can become debilitating if left treated.
Treatment for Plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, ball of the foot pain, Morton’s neuroma, numbness in the feet, ankle pain, shin splints, knee and hip pain are available.
These conditions can be complex on its own. Complexity multiplies when multiple areas of pain occur simultaneously. Our approach generally consists of both short-term, symptomatic and long-term aspects to give you effective, long-lasting improvement.
video gait analysis
Our feet are intricately designed to adapt to various surfaces, absorb shock, generate thrust and momentum, allowing us to walk efficiently. However, if at any point of the gait cycle, the feet are not functioning the way they are meant to be, it can lead to an inefficient use of our legs, which is then manifested as aches and pains.
custom-made 3d printed orthotics
The next generation of orthotics is here! 3D printed orthotics are light, sleek and comfortable. They provide exceptional function and comfort. Orthotics are often used as a treatment for plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, and ankle/knee/hip pain by modulating foot function. The simplest way to put it is to imagine orthotics as glasses – you see better with glasses; you walk better with orthotics.

Physical therapies can be used to manage aches and pains of the feet and legs. EMS, low-level laser, and percussion therapy (massage delivered by a massage gun) are some of the physical therapies used for providing symptomatic relief. They are often implemented in conjunction to orthotic therapy (if the need for it is indicated) for better treatment outcomes. Exercises may also be introduced gradually to enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
